Refund & Return Policy for TEKLED products
At TEKLED, our aim is to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your order, please read through our refund and return policy below.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all its components. This includes manuals, screws, brackets, and any other items that were included in the shipped order.
Restocking Fees:
If any part of the product or its components is missing upon its return, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
However, if the return consists solely of the packaging without the main body of the product, no refund will be issued.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the item is being returned due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or didn’t like the product, and the product is in perfect condition, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
The refund may take several days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchange:
If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the same return conditions apply. Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped. If there's a price difference, necessary adjustments will be made.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
To return an item, please pack the item(s) securely and include a cover note clearly stating your NAME, ORDER NUMBER reason for return and/or EMAIL address within the parcel. Before sending them please inform us via email or chat message.Return Address:

- Upon arrival, the returned item(s) is subject to inspection for compliance with our Return Policy.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days.
- Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange facility on items once sold. You may return the item(s) by following the aforementioned steps and place a separate order for a replacement (subject to availability).
LATE OR MISSING ITEM REFUNDS
If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the amount yet, kindly check your bank account.
If you still haven't received the refund, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your account.
In case you still have trouble confirming receipt of the amount, you may contact your bank, as processing a transfer may take a while.
